1. Flavour additive "AgroSmak PK-12" is a mix of natural spices and extracts. The main note is cardamom. Recommended dosage is 4-6 g/kg. 2. Flavour additive "AgroSmak PK-14" is a complex mix of aro-flavour ingredients. The bright spiced aroma with prevaling cumin note is supplimented by group of mear aromas. it is recommended for usage in ham products and boiled sausages productionю Dosage is 3-5 g/kg. 3. Aroma "AgroSmak PP-20". This additive has clear butter-cream tone. it is recommende for boiled sausages, frankfurters and small sausages production. Dosage is 1-3 g/kg. |
