Three new aromas appeared in the assortment of our company:
1. “AgroSmak PP-16” - aroma of small sausage. It is recommended to use for the production of small sausages and boiled sausages with the middle and high level of meat raw replacement. 2. “AgroSmak PP-17”- bacon aroma. It is recommended to use for the production of specialty and hams independently or in combination with other additives of the company. 3. “AgroSmak PP - 18” – meat aroma. It is recommended to use for strange smaks masking in sausage products with the middle and high level of replacement of meat raw material. |
