Description: Preservative Combi AgroMix А-1 is created for sausage, ham & semi-products manufacturing. Content: acetates, salt. Characteristics: Combi AgroMix А-1 possesses bacteriostatic effect & after having been dissolved activly suppresses growth of microorganisms. It neutralizes undesirable smells and smacks of problematic raw materials and keeps fresh look of the final product. Usage: Dosage of Combi AgroMix А-1 is 6 g per 1 kg of the total forcemeat mass. The preparation is added dry to a cutter or mixer on the first stage of mincing and should be distributed evenly all over the surface. Functional advantages: «Natural» content of Combi AgroMix А-1 is conditioned by the presence of acetates and salt in this ingredient. The vinegar and salt have been successfully used for food preservation for many centuries. Usage of this product completely solves the problem of using preservatives.
