Characteristics: Combi AgroMix А-1 possesses bacteriostatic effect & after having been dissolved activly suppresses growth of microorganisms. It neutralizes undesirable smells and smacks of problematic raw materials and keeps fresh look of the final product.   

Usage: Dosage of Combi AgroMix А-1 is 6 g per 1 kg of the total forcemeat mass. The preparation is added dry to a cutter or mixer on the first stage of mincing and should be distributed evenly all over the surface.
